Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At NovaNest, we want customers to shop with confidence. We offer a 10-day return window for eligible products from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below. �

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at novanest444@gmail.com with your order details and clear photo/video proof. Reporting within a short timeframe is a common best practice for validating delivery-related issues. �

Return Window

Eligible return requests must be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted. �

Resolution Preference

Our primary resolution is replacement for eligible cases. If replacement is not available or not possible, a refund or other suitable resolution may be considered. vFulfill’s post-delivery flow supports reverse pickup, replacement, and refund actions based on the case. �

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for return or replacement, the item should be unused or in acceptable return condition, and must include original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase where applicable. �

Reverse Pickup

For eligible cases, reverse pickup may be arranged from the customer’s address depending on serviceability and case approval. vFulfill defines reverse pickup as collection of the delivered product from the customer’s address back to the warehouse. �

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or replacement due to hygiene reasons, customization, intimate use, personal care use, final sale status, or any other category where return is restricted. �

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it may be processed to the original payment method, bank transfer, UPI, or another suitable method based on the order type and payment mode. Refund timelines can vary depending on banking and payment systems. �

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
