Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners. Below are our current delivery destinations, rates, and timelines.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • India — Standard shipping: Rs. 49. Estimated delivery 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • Spain — International Standard shipping: Rs. 499. Estimated delivery 12 to 25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Timelines may vary depending on customs clearance, courier coverage, and the destination address.

Billing Currency

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). If prices appear in another currency on our website, that is an approximate conversion shown for your convenience. The final amount charged at checkout will be in INR. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate and a foreign transaction fee.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders within India, subject to courier serviceability. COD is not available on international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. International parcels may take several days before tracking updates begin to appear.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, courier disruption, or high order volumes. We will keep you informed if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address, postal code, and contact number are correct at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence. Customers in the European Union retain their full statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal set out in our Refund Policy.
