RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

This policy applies to all NovaNest customers worldwide, including the European Union, Saudi Arabia, and India.

14-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE

You may notify us that you wish to return any eligible item within 14 days of the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the last item of your order — no reason required. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day. For EU customers, this fully covers your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

RETURN TIMING

After notifying us, please send the item back within 14 days.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been fulfilled (shipped). After shipping, you may still return it under the 14-day guarantee.

HOW TO START A REQUEST

Use the "Returns & Cancellations" link in our store footer, or log in to your customer account and open Orders. You can also email novanest444@gmail.com with your order number.

RETURN CONDITIONS & EXEMPTIONS

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where possible.

- Sealed hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. certain personal care or intimate apparel) can only be returned if the seal is intact.

- Personalised or made-to-order items are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless faulty.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, the customer pays return shipping (tracked shipping recommended). If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping.

REFUND TIMING

We issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return shipment), to your original payment method, including standard delivery charges where required by law (premium/express upgrades are not refunded).

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence. Where local law grants greater rights, local law applies.
